We welcome you at our medical office
located at 7 rue de la Palinette, 40130 Capbreton.

Open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday mornings.

If your regular doctor is unavailable or you’re facing an urgent health issue, SOS Médecins Capbreton welcomes you by appointment at its on-call medical clinic for a general consultation.

The clinic is located at 7 rue de la Palinette, 40130 Capbreton, and is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday mornings.

Our consultations are intended for patients requiring prompt medical attention without being able to wait for a regular appointment. This may include acute pain, fever, digestive issues, respiratory infections, minor injuries, etc.

Doctors operate on a rotating schedule, so you cannot choose your practitioner. We provide occasional, urgent general care, but do not replace the ongoing medical follow-up ensured by your regular doctor.

Our mission is to provide a timely and appropriate response when your usual physician is unavailable and your condition requires an urgent consultation in Capbreton.

You can book your appointment online via rdvasos, or call us at 05 58 70 07 79 or 3624*
(*National line – Call rate: €0.15/min + standard call charges)

Fees and Payment Options

Consultations at SOS Médecins Capbreton are billed under Sector 1, meaning they follow the official rates set by the French National Health Insurance and do not include any extra charges.

Payment can be made on-site by credit card, check, or cash.
A Carte Vitale reader is available to process electronic billing and facilitate reimbursement.

Patients covered by the Complémentaire Santé Solidaire (CSS, formerly CMU) or the State Medical Aid (AME) are fully covered and do not need to pay upfront, provided they present a valid certificate.

If you forget your Carte Vitale, a valid CSS or AME certificate is required to qualify for exemption from advance payment.
